Visitors will discover iconic species that once inhabited our region, as well as other fascinating specimens from distant lands.
The exhibition invites the public to understand how ecosystems have transformed and the role animals have played in the evolutionary chain of our planet. It highlights the animals that lived in the Monégasque territory and surrounding region during the Paleolithic and Neolithic periods. Exceptional collections of skeletons, fossils, and other archaeozoological remains allow visitors to admire the diversity and richness of the fauna of that time.
